Mailing Conditions for All Packages

High-Value Items (Over $2,500 USD):

If the declared value of any single item in your package exceeds $2,500 USD, we are only able to ship it via DHL due to U.S. export regulations and mandatory EEI (Electronic Export Information) filing, also known as SED (Shipper’s Export Declaration).

If you require us to prepare and file the EEI documentation on your behalf, a flat fee of $40 USD will apply.

Important Note – Warehouse Transfer Time:

All packages shipped from our Tualatin warehouse are first transferred to our Torrance warehouse for processing. Please allow 3 business days for this internal transfer, which is in addition to the carrier’s delivery timeframe.
